  • Re-felt flat roof

    It was a pleasure dealing with Jake. We had a poorly done flat roof by a previous builder and began to get leaks. Jake assessed the roof and recommended to felt the roof to sort the issue. His quote was fair, he came within a day to review it and had the work done within a day. He was friendly, professional, honest and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Will be in touch with him for future work for sure!

    Jake spent a lot time checking the guttering to make sure what was required and provided a quote within 24 hours. He arrived promptly on the day of the works. All works were tested to make sure everything was fine. Jake even came back to replace some old tiles that were missing without being prompted I would highly recommend Jake - 1st class and very professional

    Jake Bassett of Vivid Roofing is a roofer and carpenter. I engaged him to find the problem with my roof which had caused a major leak on my landing and to rebuild my front porch. The porch was the bigger part of the job and I was quite particular with my requirements, so a custom built porch was the result. I asked for the new porch to include the recycling of some of my late father's work from the old structure. Jake understood exactly what I was asking for, but was ready with good advice if he felt otherwise. He is a good communicator and craftsman. I am delighted with his work.

We offer a drone service for all of our clients when coming out to your properties so you as a client can see your roof from the ground, this will give our clients a much better understanding to what work needs doing. We all offer a full drone survey which will include an in depth survey off your roof so it can help with what needs to be completed to get your roof in full working order. We have been in these trades for more than 15 Years so we have a very good understanding of how these trades work day to day. As a company we always keep a good relationship with our clients because we are very friendly and understanding to anyone we work with to help keep the jobs running smoothly.
