    Vim arrived promptly, courteously and headed to work. He quickly excluded faults I believed and thoroughly went into possible other causes. He worked very hard, pulling out the badly fitted cooker, to allow him examine and obtain access to the mechanisms. Although not fully convinced what was causing problem, he believes he has narrowed onto the faulty component and is due back with the spare part to restore function. A very polite and tidy workman who does not do BS. Highly recommended.

    £40 call out charge engineer arrived same day as request spent just over an hour found problem, required a sensor. Had to order, a few days returned to fit. But there were other problems with the tumble dryer, he spent nearly 2 hours checking all components in the unit, he advised me it was to expensive to repair as it was 20years old he said it be best to buy a new one, he re assembled the unit and helped me carry it out of the house to be dumped. I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing. So I insisted he said no so I gave him £10 this I insisted him to take. So he finally did.Thanks
