• 1st and 2nd fix in extension

  The most recent job we’ve had Barry out to do was to put heating and plumbing into our newly built extension. This consists of a bathroom, bedroom and lounge for which we needed a full bathroom and shower fitting plus then all the radiators. It was a top job, really pleased with everything Barry and Andy did for us. They turned up on time every day so were 100% reliable. I’ve had plumbing work done by VPH Ltd for 5 years, from having a new boiler and heating installed, annual servicing of the boiler and gas fire to now this bathroom and plumbing work and I would hesitate to recommend them.

• Hive installation

  Barry was prompt, detailed and happy to discuss anything about the job to reassure me. I was purchasing the hive kits and Barry spent considerable time checking I had the right kits for the job. He understood what I needed, he came to view and complete the job at the agreed times. I would use VHP again and recommend to anyone.

• Fixing another trades disastrous boiler fit.

  I got in touch with VPH Limited after I had a new Boiler fitted via a grant we were entitled to. They made total mess of it, to the point that it wasn’t working properly and they had dislodged a drain connection causing a bad leak. Even Worcester engine condemen it, it wasn't a fault with the boiler at all it was the installation. Barry came to our rescue ASAP, we had no heating and no water which we turned off because of the leak. Barry repaired the leaking pipe so we could get the water back on, then replaced faulty flu pipe the others damaged. We can't thank Barry enough for his work.

• Updating a tired bathroom

  We found Barry on checkatrade and we are so glad we did. Barry and his Brother were excellent. We sat with Barry and told him what we ŵould like. A walk in shower, sink with vanity unit and smaller sink. Barry and his brother Andy arrived early on the day he said, the items needed had all been delivered in advance so as soon as they were in the work started. The brother's are like the chuckle Brothers, behaving like brother's do. The work was completed to a high standard and we are so pleased with the result. The guys were kept happy with tea and biscuits. We will definitely use them again.

• New bathroom fitted and toilet leaking after a few weeks but no aftercare

  I had Barry fit me a new shower and toilet in 2021.The toilet leaked causing extensive damage.I paid Barry (VPH Limited) to fix the leaking toilet and replace all the damaged tiles caused from the first time he installed my loo.Four weeks later more leaks.Called and txt the company( the txts have been read and delivered) but I had no response.I have sewage coming from my toilet and I am a single parent of three children… Really upset to have paid all this money and he has for the second time installed my toilet incorrectly and refusing to fix the problem despite me paying him thousands of £

  Barry and his brother were punctual and courteous. They quickly removed old toilet and sink and installed new in one morning's work. An unexpected snag was quickly dealt with. Would use again
