  It seemed a simple job but tank was stuck on to the wall with silicone seal, so to took half an hour longer than expected as there was no room to get at it, but perseverance got the job done

  Came on time, it turned out the job is much more complex than initially expected, worked efficiently and organised, very professional and clean, exceeded my expectations with their professionalism. Cleaned after themself and charged very reasonable rate. Definitely will use them again.

• Boiler not working, wire damaged

  Boiler wire chewed up by rat. Vaso confirmed his schedule rightaway despite busy time of the year. He contacted the tenant direct and fix it without hassle. Even bleed all radiators and checked hot water, heating before he left and let me know how did it went and the radiator condition. Second time have his professional help and very happy with the services!

• Re-piping bend copper pipe

  The pipe was made bend and it started to leak. Reached out on Sunday evening and Vaso gave some good advices. Came next day afternoon as promised, tried tightening it but wouldn't work. The system was drained and repiping done. Meticulous to find the best way to solve the problem - got piping work right and checked several times. Put back inhibitor. Happy it get sorted and you know they do it properly.
