  Vilson and his team did a great job in refurbishing our entire house under a very tight time schedule. They were very hard working, responsive and willing to communicate. When unforeseen issues arose, Vilson was able to bring these up quickly and adapt to our needs. He also provided useful and practical tips for future maintenance of the house. We are very pleased with the work overall.

  Vilson and his team were fantastic throughout! They recently finished fully renovating our family bathroom,kitchen a bedroom and lounge. Vilson was very honest throughout, pricing was clear, and his communication was excellent. He offered great ideas and solutions to problems and he explained everything he was doing so there were no surprises. He was very understanding of our needs, especially important as the work was being done with 2 small children in the house.   Vilson and his team was fantastic on the job. He and his team were extremely honest, efficient and hardworking. They finished all required works to a sufficiently high standard. He was always proactive in resolving issues. There were additional costs; these were all unforeseen issues. He was very transparent and brought it up as and when it arose. He also made additional suggestions proactively, depending on my approach to prioritizing things, which was to achieve a high standard of build while being cost effective. • Fitting new hinges to heavy front door

  The front door of my flat is heavy because of steel, and complicated because of various security installations. It had to be rehung, with new hinges, because of a sudden failure of the previous (too few) hinges. I sent a request on the VV website last night, and the quick response meant that the (reasonable) price was agreed, and the entire job was done by this afternoon. I would definitely use this company again, they lived up to the recommendation which a friend had given me.

  Vilson did a superb job completely renovating our two bathrooms. He did exactly what he said he would within the time frame and the budget. Not only was his work excellent but he also gave us loads of practical advice in respect of tiles, fittings etc. We are super pleased with the final product. He was so good and reliable that we had him back to paint the front of our house and he will be our go to tradesman going forward. We highly recommend him.
