    Really great experience throughout; they were fantastic at communicating which meant they were able to get out half hour early, once he arrived he was polite and kept me up to date with the exact issue and what could have caused it. They resolved the issue within 2 hours, this included getting hold of the faulty part. This was our first time using Wallace Gas & Heating and we will be returning, absolutely fantastic service.
