He provided a competitive quote (compared against 4 other quotes he was neither the most expensive or cheapest but certainly reasonable). He provided installation options and explained each in detail. Matt is friendly and very professional, he turned up on time he was very tidy. I am extremely satisfied with his work, I will certainly approach him for any other work and would recommend him.

Repaired a leaky rad pipe

So thankful for Matt fixing my slow-leaking radiator pipe recently. It was an awkward size, position, just a horrible job which I was dreading if it could get fixed or not. But he managed to fix it and, touch wood, fingers X’d etc, it’s still OK 7 days later ;-) His number is saved in my contacts, so he’ll definitely be my go-to person for my next plumbing/boiler job to fix things in future.
