10Verified ReviewI was initially approached by a previous company who said they'd "looked all over Europe" and couldn't find the part I needed for the machine I had, so when Chris got in touch with me, I was skeptical, but forwarded him the photos I'd taken of my machine for the previous company. 10 minutes later, he got back to me and said he could get one for the Monday (2 days away). He was on time, polite, efficient, and the machine is good as new. Couldn't recommend him enough.
