There were some minor problems, but I could almost always get hold of them by text or phone, and they were fixed. They got started on the job quickly and then were flexible to fit around our schedule of replastering etc, even with it being Christmas. The quote was in line with others that I had received. They gave advice when asked and when it was clear I needed help making a decision. Would happily use them again or recommend them to family and friends.
