    The engineer turned up on time, was very pleasant and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. We are still awaiting his second visit to fit the parts.

    Excellent service from start to finish. Lovely people to deal with from the initial call to assess the issue, the engineer coming out and revisit for repair. At all times they kept me informed of time frames and expected cost. Engineer was very experienced and fixed issue with minimum cost.

    Domestic and General referred me through to Wash and Vac as Whirpool’s system was playing. Am I glad it was up the spout that day! Wash and Vac’s service was seamless; from tne polite receptionist who called me back after my missed call and checked all my details to having Graham, the engineer come out today. He was really reassuring and provided a lot of information as to what had gone wrong and I’m booked in for me next appointment at a time that suits me. Graham was a true gent and a delight to deal with. If I need the service of D&G next time, I will always always request Wash&Vac!

    I called this morning. They had a cancellation, so they booked me in. The engineer rang me promptly, turned up on time, changed out the thermostat, paid with credit card on the spot, very reasonable price - what more could you want - will always use these guys going forward

We are a successful family run company and have been running for over 17 years. We repair and service ALL makes of washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, fridge freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods & wine chillers.

We are based in Uxbridge and cover the following postcodes on a daily basis (subject to availability) UB, HA, SL, WD, TW. Our work is guaranteed for 3 months and parts supplied are guaranteed for 12 months.

We work for many, local landlords & estate agents. We can also supply spares if you wish to undertake the repair yourself. Just call our office today
