  Was very professional and polite, performed an assesment and fixed one of two boiler issues on first visit and was incredibly transparent with us around repair options, one of which was with the vendor directly. From our experience alone this is a reputable and respectful company that takes the customer into account, would recommend.

  My disabled daughter’s boiler went down whilst I was out of the country. Bailey immediately visited and ordered the replacement boiler. Seeing the emergency we were in he went above and beyond ensuring my daughter had heating and hot water asap. Bailey you are a credit to the trade and more importantly to our community. Thank you very much. Beaten on price and super quick fitting with a great aftercare service too. ?????????? highly recommended.

• Complete boiler, radiators and bathroom refit.

  Waterhouse Plumbing have been absolutely first class in all aspects! We have had current boiler, pipes and radiators removed and refitted new, this needed to be done before Mum could move into her new home and Bailey pulled out all the stops to get this done for us. After she moved in he then came in to completely restyle the existing dated and impractical bathroom to suit Mum’s needs. Mum said it’s a pleasure having him there as he is so friendly and respectful! I would recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a conscientious and reliable plumber, good people are hard to find, well we found one!

  We are most impressed with the work that Bailey Waterhouse undertook for us , refurbishing our Ensuite. A most Professional Job, as well as clean workmanship and a very courteous young man. We would thoroughly recommend him.

  Very helpful and responsive initially and came back when the initial repair did not seem to achieve the desired result. I paid for both visits. But Bailey has not responded to messages by email or phone since as the issue persists.
