  This whole experience has being amazing from start to finish.! After having a previous awful experience with a turn key bathroom fitting company we were very cautious in selecting who to trust with transforming our outdated bathroom. Well, they smashed it!….our expectations were blown away resulting in the most gorgeous bathroom. A special thanks goes to Tim whom listened to what we wanted putting our vision onto paper. The star of the show however, has to be our fitter Richard. Professional, friendly, reliable, flexible and a grafter, a true gentleman of his craft. Thanks to all at WT

  The experience with Watertight was brilliant from start to finish. From the design phase in the showroom, Tim and Francesca helped guide us through the process and nail the design we wanted, taking as much time as we needed. The installation was smooth; as we live in a very small house and both work from home, we knew the installation would take up a lot of our personal space. Our fitter Seb, however, ensured every day the space was clean and tidy and was sure to reassure us on any questions we had. The bathroom is now lovely, and we couldn't be more happy the final result. Highly recommend!

  I am very happy to provide a recommendation regarding my en-suite installation. I can only echo what others have written before. Key for me was to have an inclusive approach from design, to determining which products I wanted in the en-suite, and even thoughtfull suggestions during installation. Products used are of a high quality as are the people who do the installation. Everything was completed on time, to a high quality and to budget. I want to thank Tim and Brandon for their hard work and I intend to use them again

  From the start of negotiations with Paul at Watertight I felt confident in there ability to provide a good service and I was proven correct. The main man on site was Seb he arrived every day at 8.00 AM and went immediately to work he totally stripped the bathroom and made everything sound from the ground up once he got to the rebuild stage he made me aware of everything he was doing and consulted with me over the design and placement of every item . The end result was a wet room that suits our needs perfectly . I would not hesitate to use this company again as the whole work was amazing

  From first contact they knew what we wanted and helped us design a beautiful bathroom. Tim had great ideas and was concerned that we should get both what we wanted and needed then Richard arrived to fit the bathroom. It was a pleasure to have him in the house - he was friendly, courteous and did the most amazing job with absolute attention to detail resulting in the most beautifully finished bathroom. He was careful as he went in and out, protecting carpets and furniture - his cleaning up at the end was better than we could have hoped - I highly recommend them.

From the cup of tea in your beautiful showroom, to the personal visit from Paul to visit my elderly parents in their home with flooring samples etc ... you made the whole process of replacing their 1970's bathroom and adapting it into a modern and functional bathroom to support their needs. Nothing was too much trouble for you, you kept all your promises and treated myself and my parents with respect, kindness and dignity. Recommend 100%
