10Verified ReviewA rat had gnawed through the Flexi Pipe (Flexible Pan Connector) in the downstairs toilet. My Pest Controller and Drainage Specialist both advised replacing the Flexi Pipe with Solid Pipe. A few plumbers rejected the challenge. I found James on Checkatrade, who boldly announced that he loves a challenge. James is transparent with his pricing strategy and emails a quote. James deftly replaced the pipe and we tested the system. Honestly, this guy is the John Wick of Plumbing.
