    Simon quickly assessed the problem with our freezer and removed all our defrosting food into his many cool bags. Professional, considerate, friendly and a very experienced engineer who arrived on time. Just wish he could turn his hand to plumbing and electrics too! We will be recommending his services.

If you haven't already heard of us, we are a small family run business that has been repairing domestic refrigeration for over 65 years. We repair normal household fridges and freezers... and nothing but! More than 75% of our work now comes from recommendation and many old customers have kept our number and called us again and again. Also, more than 50 engineers and retailers around Essex and Suffolk recommend us so you know you're in good hands. 


We charge a very competitive fee and we are always upfront about the cost of call out, labour and parts (should you need any). We don't sell appliances and so never try to sell you one.

Also, many companies will now try to sell maintenance contracts and tie-ins. We don't believe in that. We charge you for the work we carry out and only that.


We pride ourselves on being reliable, knowledgeable and professional; bringing you piece of mind and reassurance.


Our combined years of experience mean we are your best bet for getting your appliance repaired.
