  • Fixed poor TV reception

    We were having poor TV reception and because we lived in an area with known TV reception problems we thought we should have our external roof aerial tuned to a different transmitter. The engineer contacted us half an hour before his arrival and after thoroughly checking signal strength he located points causing loss of signal. There was no need to re-tune the external aerial, just replace/repair two cheap parts and we can now receive all available TV channels with excellent reception. Extremely pleased with Darren's thorough investigation and efficiency to rectify our problem.

    I contacted Darren for Loft TV Ariel installation. He was punctual, has done an excellent and tidy job. Installation was time consuming as the cables were accidentally stuck under loft boards. He was initially thinking of ignoring that connection, however on my request he made all his efforts to get the cable out without cutting the board and did full installation. If it was any other engineer, most likely he would have given up. Despite the fact it took double the time due to complexity, he sticked to original quote. I am so pleased with his work and I strongly recommend him.
