  Weathertech was not known to me beforehand, I took a chance based on reviews and was not disappointed. They were punctual, tidy and professional. I had made myself knowledgable about the 3 felt system used for the bay window flat roof replacement. The roofer used that same system and showed me photos of before, during and after. He worked diligently and was approachable. Based on their good workmanship I also had repairs to my chimney done and a conservatory roof panel replaced (new quote). As it stands I would use them again. Tim reassured me to phone him should there be a problem.

  Weathertech was not known to me so I took a chance based on reviews. I was not disappointed. They were punctual, tidy, the roofer was experienced and worked diligently. I had made myself knowledgeable beforehand about the replacement of a flat bay window roof, using the 3 felt system. That's what they used, showing me photos of the work before, during and after. Based on that I asked them to also repair my chimney/flashing and replace a panel on my conservatory roof (separate quote). Efficiently done. Tim told me to call him should there be a problem. So far so good, I would use them again.

• Installing a dry ridge to prevent the leak

  Note that I am not a roofer, but I requested the work to be photographed and recorded, which shows the result of the work, and I am satisfied with it. I requested the work (dry ridge) because of the leaking happening in my wall, and I suspected it was the roof. I asked for a diagnosis, and Tim came over and suggested that the dry ridge system be installed. Overall, the experience has been fantastic. Tim is very responsive and keeps me updated on the progress. The photographs show the result of the dry ridge work, and it looks the same as what I can find on YouTube, which is great.
