  Matt and his team recently sorted out a new front path for us and some repointing of brick work. They’ve done a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the finished results. They were great to deal with, very friendly and tidy too. We’d highly recommend using them and will no doubt reach out to Matt for future jobs.

• Large L shape single story extension

  Wells construction completed a large single story extension to my house, from start to finish the extension was completed to such a high standard, on budget and Josh and his team had some really good input that make the finished project even better. As a family of 5 we were living in the property for a lot of the build and they went out of their way to help and accommodate this and tidied up and make it safe. The craftsmanship was exceptional and my wife was really pleased which is the best endorsement I could give!.. A great company and I would completely (and have done) recommend them..

• Shed rebuild and patio tiles laid

  Second time working with Matt and the team and, long story short, a very happy customer here. We had an old shed that was poorly built and not in a good way. Matt and the team pulled it down and built an entirely new shed. Whilst clearing the site we found an hidden concrete slab and he was happy to adjust plans so that we could make of this additional space. What we have now is significantly larger, more usable and very solidly built. Tiles-wise there were a few issues with the grouting but he was quick to come back and address. What we have now is spot on.

  Matt and his team did an excellent job. They started work early and continued throughout the day. The project was finished within the time scales agreed at the outset and the workmanship was to a very high standard. We were really impressed with the attention to detail and they always went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with work carried out. Matt always kept us up to speed with the progress of the works and when each of the trades would commence. A really great experience and we would definitely use Wells Construction again.

• Back Garden Renovation

  Matt was brilliant from start to finish on our job, we had a full back garden renovation which took approximately 6 days all in to complete, consisted of levelling off the foundation, laying porcelain slabs, sleeper border/edging for pathway up to a concrete poured shed base and a full re-lay of fresh turf laid down. It’s a shame you can’t upload pictures on here to show the work but even then they wouldn’t do it justice!!, always on time, efficient with their work, always tidy and incredibly professional, there were some alterations during the job as well and they were handled perfectly.

• Highly unreliable

  Matt came to do an inspection and took detailed measurements. He promised to provide quotes within a few days but we never heard from again. Even a simple message to say he couldn't do the job would have been fine but to ghost prospective customers is unaccptable
