    Excellent job by Terry and his team. Communication from Terry was prompt. The job was done with care and attention to detail. This job required the waste to be taken away same day which was facilitated with no issue. Terry's team were courteous and reassuring to the neighbours who were curious about the job.     Terry came out the next working day to carry out an asbestos test on our soffit. Responded to emails quickly and the results came back the next day. Thankfully sample was negative. But would use WestCross again if we had any other asbestos concerns.

    Terry was great, he responded to my emails quickly and came out to perform the testing within a couple of days. Whilst here he provided lots of advice and answered all of the questions I had. Once we received our test results, confirming asbestos, Terry gave his advice on next steps and provided a very reasonable quote. We'll be using WestCross for the removal and couldn't recommend WestCross Environmental Services more highly.
