Callum arrived in the pre-arranged timeslot, was very honest about what work was needed, and quickly arranged for a quote for the job. Joanne rang promptly with the quote and arranged for Callum to come back out the next week. He worked quickly and efficiently and was really friendly and personable. He also identified the solution to a problem with the toilet and arranged a quote for that work, which we're getting done. A great local firm that I'll use again.
