    We were very impressed throughout the process. Getting a quote was quick and easy. During the work they arrived on time every day and explained what they would be doing. Everyone was very polite and respectful and the team worked hard and completed the job quickly. We're really happy with the result and would definitely choose Whitehall Builders again.

    When I contacted Paul through CheckaTrade, he contacted me straight away made an appointment to view the wall. He arrived as promised, gave me an estimate and a start date which he subsequently kept, arriving dead on time. As access to my back garden was needed via a neighbour's property he protected their driveway with boards and ensured everything was left as was found. I cannot fault the way he was organised and the skill and care he showed working with a potentially messy job. Work was done in record time, the site was left tidy. Invoiced as per estimate. First class in every respect.

    Paul had excellent communication skills and kept us well informed throughout the job, even fitting us in before the Christmas break. He was on time and helped coordinate a number of jobs around other trades visiting our home. He was punctual when providing a quote and turning up to do the work. The work done looks immaculate and the finished job is perfect and what we envisioned. The plastering team were also great and helped us with an issue above the old fireplace where a crack between the plasterboards has kept appearing, over the years. The room was left tidy. We would recommend.

    Paul arrived bang on time, ready to start work taking up some flagstones and levelling the area to fit in with the remaining patio, which was dangerous because of this area being at a different level. He made suggestions as to how the job could be improved and I was extremely satisfied when finished. He was very polite and business-like and I would certainly recommend Whitehall Builders to anyone.
