    Very good at explaining why and what was needed. Always friendly and turned up as planned and on time. Talked to me as the job went along to check on ancillary details and amended the installation required as a result. Had to re-route some external wiring due to a misunderstanding - couldn't have been more agreeable and understanding about it. We are really pleased with the end results and recommend the whole team whole-heartedly - thank you, Luke, Mark and Bill.

  • Wi-Fi configured over a 3 storey house with concrete floors.

    Good clear advice from Bill and Luke of what was required to maximise my wifi. Internal metal walls and concrete floors were killing me. Three storeys didn’t help. There was some drilling of holes and wires outside the house which was done very neatly. Subsequent follow-up visit to ensure everything still good.

Whilst I was initially reluctant to pay for the upfront survey, the advice received on how to improve WiFi quality was knowledgeable and has delivered results.

  • Reconnecting separate building to system after fibre broadband upgrade

    Bill and his team, Luke and Mark sorted out various issues after we were connected to fibre broadband. We had a second wired building that was not connected to the new Wi-Fi. They resolved what seemed like a difficult issue with a minimum of fuss and were a pleasure to have in the house. They checked that I was happy with all the connections such as Sonos, TV etc before they left, as well as fixing various little niggles in the course of their work. Highly recommended.
