    As above. He also replaced the kitchen tap which was leaking. Very happy with his work. Jordon had to remove a tiled panel from the front of the bath and he expertly replaced it to my delight. Highly recommend him

    Jordan arrived within the hour of speaking to him on the phone. I briefly explained the development (Retirement) and introduced him to the resident requiring help. He spent a couple of hours and sorted out the issue and communicated this very well also updating myself and then the Duty Manager after a shift handover. He also attended other issues that I had within the development and advised on what could be done. Truly Superb he will now be our preferred plumber for any future issues.

  • Long standing problem with central hearing not working properly

    We had contacted 2 previous central heating engineers in the past 18 months as our hot water supply would often not work and our radiators were lukewarm even when turned up to 5 and the thermostat was @ 22-25 degrees! Jordan went above and beyond to solve the problem. He was determined to help solve this long standing problem with the least disruption. We are in our 80’s and my husband has a blue badge. He explained clearly what the problem was and what might solve it in a clear and professional way and phoned us to ask if the situation was improving. He did not want payment for the work until we were happy
