  I was really impressed with the service I received from Will. He was very prompt to reply and quote, and I was really grateful for his clarity and communication re when I should expect the units to arrive at the warehouse and when he would fit them. His workmanship is quick and flawless. When he fitted the initial replacement units we noticed that further units had gone and he quickly quoted for these and had replaced them within a few days. His quotes were competitive and it was a relief to have someone in who is just great, hardworking and reliable. Thank you!

• Fixed broken bathroom window mechanism

  Will helped us with a broken lock mechanism on our window. He was extremely responsive to messages, flexible with working around time commitments, and was able to deal with the jammed lock very quickly and efficiently. Offered a very competitive quote for fitting a new handle if required, but as he was able to sort the issue so quickly, he declined to take any payment, which I think speaks very highly of his his trustworthiness and attitude to customers. Overall an excellent experience, and I would be happy to choose Will for any future work needed.
