  • New panel and letter box for front door

    This is the second time we have used Grant as he is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, reliable and polite. We had the lower glass panel taken out of the front door and a solid panel put in with a letter box as mum was finding it too difficult to get her post out of the post box on the wall. We also had a new lock fitted. Grant explains everything clearly and was very patient in explaining how to use the new lock to mum. We are very happy with the work that has been done. Thank you once again!

    Grant was great- professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and clean. He explained what the issue with the door was and made it 100 times better! He provided really good quality window handles (with locks) that are really easy to use. He turned up on time, provided a quote quickly, completed the work professionally and in good time. Grant is also really good at communicating and found a solution when others (3 people) couldn't fix the problem with the door. He even gave me advice on how to clean uPVC doors/ windows! Great find, especially as a landlord. I'll definitely call him again.

Hi all, my name is Grant from faversham and I have worked in the double-glazing industry now for 23 years on both residential and commercial sites mainly fitting upvc and aluminium windows and doors. I have been running my company Windowfix for the last 12 years and take pride in offering good customer service and value for money be it a small window repair or fitting a whole house of new windows and doors - the job will be handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
