• Leaking over flow on cold water tank toilet not flushing and replacing the tops of two taps

  Billy called today and fixed a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly The cold water tank valve because the water tank over flow kept going and replaced taps in the downstairs toilet. He was brilliant .Did all three jobs for me .He was so helpful and I would recommend him.His prices were very reasonable. I would definitely call him next time I had a plumbing problem.

• Thought I needed a replacement toilet pan.

  I was contacted by Billy very quickly who arranged to come along. He was immediately able to identify that the problem was one of a limescale build up and how to deal with it, The toilet is now fine and I was very pleased to have found someone like Billy who did not take advantage of the situation. It is inevitable that I will need plumbing work in the future and I will certainly have no hesitation in contacting Billy, I will also be recommending him to friends as and when.

• Fix bathroom taps and toilet

  Couldn't have been more helpful in fixing dripping sink taps and a leaky toilet. I called late afternoon and he popped in on his way home maybe only 15 minutes later. Immediately found the problem and took faulty parts away, then came back the following day with new parts and completed the job. Very happy to get the job completed so quickly with a minimum of fuss. Will be my first choice for future plumbing jobs.
