• Replaced chimney stack

  We had a rogue trader climb onto the roof to show that our chimney stack needed replacing by lifting the chimney off its position. They then offered to do the work for £3,400 Realising we then had a problem, we asked Woodbine Construction for a price. They came in, had scaffolding erected and efficiently took away the old bricks, forming a stack with new bricks. Refitting the aerial and replacing any tiles damaged during the work. The work was done efficiently and with minimum fuss

• Installing steel beams

  We have had 4 jobs completed by Calum and his team ranging from the knocking down of walls and installing steel beams,to the bricking up of 4 windows to installing the drainage for our ensuite and the re-roofing of part of our bungalow.We are very happy with all completed works as they completed everything when they said they would, they left everywhere clean and tidy before going home each night. The bricking up of 2 round windows was very pleasing for us as you now cannot see where they once were.Nothing seems too much trouble for any of the team,we would highly recommend.

  We cannot praise Callum and his team highly enough for the work they carried out for us to ensure we could return to our home as soon as possible following a significant water leak and the subsequent damage that caused to the entire downstairs of our property. Great communication, all repairs were carried out to a really high standard and within the timelines specified. We would have no hesitation recommending Woodbine construction and will be contacting them first for any future renovations we are planning to the property.

  Calum and Niall are both polite and professional and also gave help and advice and came up with some creative ideas regarding our project. Even though this early on in our project we are more than happy for Calum to finish the work and I know it will be completed to a very high standard.
