    I bought an old terraced property and really hoped I could have the original floor boards on display, however once I removed the vinyl I felt that they were so old and in places in disrepair I would have to carpet over them. I asked Dave from Sandafloor if he would consider the job, he came back to me immediately and took on the job. What a transformation, the work carried out is exceptional, a really fair price and completed with no complications in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend Dave to anyone who would love original floor boards but thought they were been repair.

  • Sanding stairs

    Dave sanded my stairs back in November, and helped with a loose floorboard. At the time, he carried out the work over two days and was very courteous and tidy. However, I know stairs are fiddly, but his sander cut into the panels along the walls, so has left grooves that require filling. A previous contractor had done the bedrooms, but left voids where the seal reacted oddly. Dave identified that the seal had reacted with some old wax and had assured me he would come back to sort the issue once he had some Barrier Seal in stock. I'm still waiting and have tried to get in touch many times since
