    My Fathers neigbours had rats, so checked ours and it turned out my Father had rats too! Grant checked the whole property and garden and fitted a rat gate on the garden drain and set bait in the loft where they were present. Grant came back twice to check that the bait was working and then after the rats had all gone Grant came back with his apprentice to clear the loft completely so there was no sign that the rats had ever been, left the loft smelling lemony fresh too! Grant was professional, clean in his work method, very knowledgable and fair priced too, would highly recommend!
