  • Main stopcock leaking

    Phil took the old main stopcock out and put a new one in. Only British made parts used and no Chinese or Italian parts! He then replaced the double drainer waste parts and spent a load of time ensuring that there were no leaks. Absolutely brilliant and would not leave until he had made sure everything was right. I can't praise him highly enough. If you want a plumber that goes above and beyond then give Phil a ring. He is in Ashton Under Lyne and Staffordshire.

    What an absolutely genuine guy. He unfortunately could not attend, due to a legitimate reason, but he diagnosed the issue over the phone, even providing information that I had not given, but was all correct. He then explained that it's an easy fix and gave step by step instructions on how I can repair it. Including what products I need to purchase. On the back of this, I will definitely be contacting him again for future work and would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.

    I rang Phil about a blocked sink, he came out the next day and also fitted a new pop-up plug that I'd been meaning to get done for a while. Water is now draining properly, he cleared away all the limescale and old silicone to fit the new plug leaving it looking like new and there are no leaks.
