6.75Verified ReviewUnfortunately, on this occasion, not such a good experience. I booked the appointment weeks ago & expected someone to arrive at 10am. When it got to 10.30 & no-one had arrived or contacted me, I rang the office. After some shuffling of papers I was told that someone else was on way & that the traffic was bad. He arrived at 10.55 & left by 11.30. I appreciate traffic can be a problem but, if a client is expecting you at 10am & the engineer is going to be nearly an hour late, I think it would be only reasonable to advise client. Despite this, I would use them again as previously excellent
