  Jim was supposed to come & replace some damaged floor. He had previously laid around 50+ sqm2. knowing we have a disabled child who cannot walk he said he would get in early and complete. We rearranged our GF so nobody could move around but Jim could get in and complete the works. Jim let us down & did not answer our calls or texts. We were concerned and thought something may have happened, so we waited. After putting out GF back to how it was, we spoke to Jim who rescheduled & let us down a further 3 more times before finally ignoring us completely. Very unprofessional.

  We were recommended Jim by the flooring place we bought our Evocore flooring from. He was really helpful with advice about prepping the floor and was super flexible as we had a delay with delivery of the floor. He came in early and worked late in order to keep our project on track which we so appreciated. Him and his team were tidy, respectful and did a great job. We will definately use Yardley again and would highly recommend.

• Fitting and Correcting Internal Doors

  Jim and Jack to the rescue! I can’t thank Jim enough for coming and correcting the poor work undertaken by a previous fitter. We unfortunately had a poor experience with another company who left us with incomplete work and damage to our flooring and walls. In came Jim and Jack who really helped us out in getting everything completed to a very high standard. They were very professional, polite and took great care within our property. Listened and achieved exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend and hope to have them back soon for future works. 10/10 all round!

  Jim did a great job on our herringbone floor! He was so flexible with when he could fit, and was in communication throughout - even when we had some trouble sourcing the flooring from the shop. Would highly recommend !
