  Fantastic experience with Ross and the team. Had a complete kitchen renovation with a utility room extension and underfloor heating put in. The quality of the finish was superb and we are very happy. Ross was there to project manager every day to ensure everything went smoothly and to the timelines set out at the start. Which is a refreshing change to alot of builders i've come across. Very impressed and will use again

  Yates Build is all about communication , customer care and craftsmanship. I got a prompt response to my first email with site visit and full quotation following soon after. Ross was very happy to discuss the quotation line by line and talk through options. Once on the job, progress was rapid with Ross overseeing all the early stages himself. Queries were always addressed fully and quickly and potential cost savings offered were applicable. The work was of very high calibre and I am extremely happy with the result - all achieved with the minimum of disruption and no stress. Top marks!

  New patio and step - excellent workmanship , the build was in the time given , and cleared up at the end of each day. By the time they finished everything old was taken away, and we were left with a neat new patio, would definitely recommend , and a couple of neighbours would like to book them.

  We appointed Yates Build Ltd to split the ground floor of a building that used to be a whole commercial unit into two to create a smaller commercial unit. Scope of works included stripping out, construction of an acoustic partition wall, acoustic ceiling, decorating, creating a new toilet, design and install a new fire alarm system, electric and mechanic works. Overall they have completed all the works on time within budget and had been very helpful all throughout. I would highly recommend Yates Build for refurbishment and conversion projects.

  Great job, Ross worked out how this could be done, liaised with the appropriate water company, carried out all works to a high standard. Communication was very good and Ross is exceptionally tidy, putting in measures to restrict dust, and cleared up well everyday. The job was not straight forward and Ross was good at explaining the areas that needed to be solved and the potential solutions. Would use again and recommend as Ross has high standards for the work he carries out.

  Very happy with the quality of the work, Ross and his team were polite and always cleaned up before leaving. The job took longer than originally expected but this was due to a misunderstanding on the original quote. I would advise that you get a detailed quote with all required activities listed to avoid confusion. I would be happy to use Ross (Yates Build) in the future.
