    I specifically asked for wardrobes to be organised and fridge to be clean and none of it was done and I was charged for 4/5 hours of vaccuming basically !

    Requested a deep clean of my parents house. Both having dementia so a difficult job with both living in it and a lot of stuff. The quote was on the expensive side in terms of hourly rate, but we did a video call so Yordanka could see the rooms properly. Bottom line, more oversight and supervision was needed than I expected. I had to ask them to move furniture so carpets could be properly cleaned. Yordanka herself worked very slowly and so ran out of time to do the bathrooms. Her colleague was good, but the overall result did not meet my expectations
