From start to finish Adam was very professional, conscientious and courteous. He regularly provided options and suggestions to help throughout the process. Adam provided information every day enroute of his planned arrival time - which was always as agreed - which is quite rare for a tradesperson! Another rarity in a tradesperson he has guaranteed he'll provide job aftercare and has revisited post job to undertake checks of the installation.
