  Very mixed bag. First time out did a great job, started and finished on time, kept me informed. Had to come out a second time (not their fault as it was a complicated job) and a totally different experience - no invoice provided, damaged some paving in the garden, left all the rubble behind, and worst of all turned completely evil when requesting payment (had a credit card problem so couldn't pay on the spot) and kept harassing me over the weekend to somehow magic a few thousand pounds out of the sky. Shame because it completely spoilt what would otherwise have been a decent job.
