  Nick was efficient in arranging a time to attend. He has a friendly and professional manner. He is knowledgeable of the systems but takes the time to explain in layman's terms what needs doing. The work was completed very efficiently and effectively including obtaining a new component on the same day. I would very much recommend Nick's service.

  Quotation was easy and only suggested products they had previous knowledge of so felt really confident about our choices. Pricing was transparent so we could see exactly what we were getting and how much each item was. Install was minimally invasive and Nick treated our home as if it was his own, very respectful. Really impressed with the final result. We got all the legal paperwork sent to us and fully explained maintenance and how the system worked.

• Complex Air Conditioning Installation

  Nick worked tireless to fit an AC system exactly as per my complex ask. Whilst others wanted to leave pipes in visible places, Nick followed a very complex route that I asked the pipes to follow to be incredibly neat. We are so pleased we hired him. He works flat out and you need to tell him to have a break. He cares a great deal about doing the job properly and would rather take an additional day to get it right (at no extra cost) than find shortcuts. We have already made recommendations to other very happy customers.
