    Found this company of Nextdoor app, and I messaged them about my 81yr Mom's house needing carpets cleaning due to spillages etc (cream carpets). We had very prompt communication by email from Steve, I described approximate measurements, and he gave me a ball park quote. On the day of the job, he was prompt, courteous, had a great demeanor with Mom and I, and did a fabulous job, lounge/dining room,stairs,landing,main bedroom. and charged what he quoted. Left the carpets looking great and dry. Fabulous service and would definately recommend him and this Company. Thank you very much.!!

Zero Dry Time Sutton Coldfield and Solihull are open for business and we will adhere to Government guidelines regarding COVID 19 whilst completing our work. We will wear masks and sanitise all touch points on entry and upon leaving the address and customers will be required to keep the appropriate distance and where possible remain in a separate room whilst work is completed.

We are Steve Seal (Sutton Coldfield) and Paul Rees (Solihull) we are a family run professional dry carpet, upholstery, leather and hard floor cleaners. Unlike a lot of carpet cleaners we do not use a hot water extraction system. We use state of the art appliances that will leave your carpets completely dry and ready for immediate use. Carpets and upholstery are sanitised and deodorised leaving them with a clean fresh scent. 

Our products will help your carpets keep cleaner for longer. We also offer the premium protection of Ultragaurd. This product provides a coating at a microscopic level ensuring spills and dirt do not penetrate the fibres and will sit on top of the pile making it easy to wipe away. We also dry clean upholstery using a unique cleaning agent that’s only 10% moisture, helping your upholstery to retain its shape and allowing you to use it again almost immediately.

Leather furniture is assessed and cleaned either with our upholstery machine or by hand. The leather is then treated with our leather conditioner and stain protector to keep it in top condition.
