1Verified ReviewContacted them to remove a Hippo megabag's worth of garden waste from my father's property. On the phone agreed with the agent it would be 3 yards' worth and two employees would attend between 8am-12pm. On the day, one man arrived at 2:15pm and told me it was 4 yards' worth and the price would increase quite a bit. He then proceeded to try and drag the bag through a narrow gate and said would need another person (which I had booked). The company called me and said would not be able to complete the job until the next week and their records did not reflect what I had discussed. I cancelled.

10Verified ReviewExcellent. Zero Waste were easy to deal with, right through the process. The person in the office who took my call understood what I wanted. There was a complication: the waste was in a storage location in an underground car park. But that's no problem for Zero Waste. We organised a time and place to meet. The driver contacted me, as arranged, in advance of their arrival and was helpful, friendly, and extremely fast. No time wasted! They cleaned up after themselves and sent me photos. I'm extremely impressed. This whole service was a lot less trouble than I expected, thanks to Zero Waste.
