10Verified ReviewExtremely friendly and helpful. They tried hard to solve the problem over the phone to save the call out fee. However the engineer had to come. Very polite and professional. Worked hard in the rain and sorted the problem in an hour. I will be setting up a service contract with 1st Choice as I know they are reliable and won't rip you off. Very happy ( and grateful) for their work.

Christine and charlotte in the office were great with the communication and updates and we received the quotation from Joshua extremely quickly. The job was completed at a high standard and I have taken out there yearly service plan.
