  The service was prompt…very professional with his approach and how he carried out his work He was on another Job when we spoke over the phone He came in the least amount of time which was originally estimated 2hrs but came in 80 min .. which I was so grateful … I would definitely use them again..

  Edward and his colleague resolved a leak via re-routing hot and cold pipes. Responded to messages quickly and understood the issue and then provided a very reasonable quote. Then arrived as expected, worked efficiently and effectively. Leak solved, pipes rerouted and would hire again.

  I recently engage services of 1st Avenue Gas Plumbing and Heating Services to address surface damage due to a water leak, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the work they've done. The repair itself was carried out efficiently and effectively, leaving the surface looking good, they made sure to leave the premises in a tidy condition. On the same day as the repair, the flat management company reported a water leak in the flat below, which they are still investigating. While this situation is unfortunate and somewhat concerning I'm inclined to hire them again in the future if necessary.
