  Needed to tidy up the house after previous owners' DIY efforts: moving/securing sockets, adding new connections and switches, making safe unused wired, etc. We received clear guidance and a quick quote from Mimi, followed up by amazing service from Alex and Atty, who also investigated other issues while they were with us. Every part of the work was done to a high standard and was fully explained so that my wife and I could further develop work in future. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable, and they act as true professionals. Have saved their details for future jobs.

  Why write a review before the work has even started? Because sometimes the initial visit/assessment is such a positive experience it deserves a review of its own. No teeth sucking, head shaking, incomprehensible explanations, just a clear, concise, confident, straight forward assessment in language we could understand. The fact that this came with such good humour from Tim, made engaging AA Electrical Services a no brainer for us.

  AA Electrical Services 100% Glad I called! Complete En-suite Electrics. Works carried out on an extended bedroom in SE London Chislehurst. I don’t usually write reviews but the speed and quality of installation was truly amazing, being fully tested and certified. I cannot recommend enough these guys, they are very experienced and professional not only with the installation but also customer service.

• Electric water heater not working

  The engineers attended the flat to resolve non functioning water heater ­ the water heater switch/isolator underneath the sink had endured water ingress. Whilst onsite ­ the engineers found the RCD to be non functional and ­replaced the same. The whole process from booking the attendance, to the engineers visit, to the aftercare and payment of the invoice was the best customer service I have received for years. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone and will be using them again for any electrical issues.

  Feedback on the electrical work that was recently completed at my summer house. Overall,I appreciate the effort and professionalism displayed during the service. The team arrived on time, Tim took out time to explain the scope of work and was honest about potential issues. The team were very professional, competent and delivered the job within the time schedule. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with the quality/standard of the electrical job carried out. Also any issues that arose during the project, for example, when the WiFi wasn't working was effectively and timely resolved
