  Was originally offered Saturday but I requested a weekday instead due to family commitments on Saturday. Got a text to say may be able to do the work today which was fine.To my surprise - and delight someone arrived first thing to do the work. Once done I had the rest of the day to catch up on jobs. Was even able to pay the bill. A win win situation

  Explanation of the work explained and discussed. Work was completed and explanation given again and photos shown. I felt the explanation was rushed and little opportunity given for questions. Most of the rubbish was removed. I received the invoice that afternoon with a request it be paid the same day. I explained I was unable to do this but would pay the next morning which was accepted. I have had no confirmation that the company received the initial deposit or the balance. I do have receipts from my bank.
