• Electric water and central heating system replaced with an LPG combi boiler.

  We had some good initial advice from Jason about LPG storage and boilers which saved us having to re landscape the garden. He also advised us on the regulations for siting gas bottles and what preparation we needed to carry out. Very pleased with the new boiler, it's an huge improvement on the old system. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, in doors and out, (even though we had torrential rain). Thank you.

  I went to bed and the boiler was working fine, it had just been serviced by this company, I woke up to a very cold house and no hot water. Jason arrived 10 minutes after I phoned him, 08.00 on a Saturday, the pressure was up and the boiler had shut itself down. Jason could hear a rumbling sound in the meter, he phoned the gas emergency helpline, explained the problem and advised them that we are elderly with health issues. He just took over and sorted it all out. We have used this company for years and always recommend them.

• Replacement of boiler

  Our old boiler was leaking badly, found this out on Boxing Day, Jason called on the 27th and isolated it offered us heaters until he could replace it. This was arranged for the 12th of January. Jason turned up before time arranged. The boiler was replaced. Jason was polite,respectful of property and tidy. Jason gave helpful hints and advice. Would highly recommend 10/10

  Although I didn't have any work done by Jason, he could not have been more helpful. He was prepared to travel from Weston-Super-Mare to Frome to repair my boiler, he even offered to give me some portabe heaters to keep us warm. He went over and above what he needed to do.
