    An error code in my Neff dishwasher proved to be a faulty valve in the machine. Dave was very prompt to reply to my call for help on checkatrade. He diagnosed the problem, explained his (very reasonable) fee and agreed a suitable date to repair the fault. He arrived punctually and was very polite and friendly. The faulty valve was replaced quickly and professionally. All was left tidy and clean. I would highly recommend him for any domestic appliance problem other than fridges and gas appliances which he doesn't undertake. Well done and thanks go to him.
