Overall, disappointed. Expected tidiness and less mess when working indoors in a newly-decorated and carpeted living room. We supplied a few covers to place on the carpet to work on. Still there were tools etc on our carpet. He uncovered in-the-wall heating pipes when chiseling out rectangular hole for new socket. No checking for metal in wall beforehand. Plaster/ brick debris/dust not contained. We spent a week "making good" at new socket. We found out that the metal socket back box did not have an expected grommet at the cable entry hole. Carpet was found to be marked afterwards.

Welcome to my company AMK Electrical Maintenance. My name is Andrew, and I am a fully qualified electrician with 45 years of experience. First working in the electrical trade in the late 1970 and now running my own business for the last 25 years.

COVID-19 additional and up to date PPE is in use, mask filters are PP3, gloves and overalls used if required. Hand sanitizer used throughout the task.

I am always up to date with the relevant but changing electrical qualifications and requirements.

I carry out all types of electrical work both domestic and commercial. I work inside whether it's a complete house re-wire, a consumer unit upgrade or just a new light fitting. I can also install outside lighting and safe electrics in your garden.

Electrical testing are computer generating certificate not hand written and recorded on the council register.

My services include:
