  Tayler arrived on time, he was cheerful, friendly and professional and happy to talk about the job he was doing. Once the new consumer unit was in place it exposed a minor fault which he traced and fixed quickly. He left the sight clean and tidy. Everything has worked well since. Claire at Pearson's was also very efficient and a pleasure to deal with via e:mail.
