• Guttering replacement

  The guttering needed replacing on my garage. Therefore I posted a job on Checkatrade and AM SHIRLEY BUILDERS replied to the post. Mark from the company came round and gave a reasonable quote. Mark then gave us a date that he could do the work. He came round and replaced the guttering and disposed of the old ones. I would not hesitate to use AM SHIRLEY BUILDERS again.

  If you need a professional builder then look no further than A M Shirley builders. Mark and Paul turned up on time, they did a really excellent job. We added a few things to the original job, obviously this came with additional costs but the guys said no problem. We had plastering done, new kitchen, new downstairs toilet and new stair handrails and spindles. Mark kept us informed at all stages, they arrived every day on time and left the house tidy each day. We left them to lock the house up each day with no problems. The work was carried out to the highest standard, highly recommended.

• Replace gutter down one side of the house

  Pigeons were roosting in a length of our gutter. The pest control company recommended the whole gutter was replaced before they could put on pigeon spikes. As we had them lined up we needed the job done quickly. Mark popped out on a Saturday. He was so pleasant to chat to. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to come and do the job the following Saturday. He cleaned up fully and took the offending contaminated gutter away. His company are general builders and we wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.
