  • Replaced oven heater element.

    He came when he said he would and replaced the element very quickly. This is the second time we have used APM. The first time the cooker was not working at all but he quickly diagnosed a faulty grill element in the main oven, which we didn’t even know was there. He offered either to replace the element or just disable it. We chose the latter course and were very pleased to have our cooker back for just the call-out fee. A very straight guy who knows his cookers.

    I called yesterday afternoon and was given an appointment for today. Paul was on time and very polite. He explained what was wrong and replaced the element and a fuse. He was very tidy and got a guarantee. Would highly recommend.

Hi, my name is Paul, APM was established by me in 1993 & previous to this I trained as a Bosch engineer.  We are a family run business specialising in Bosch, Neff & Siemens washing machine & dishwasher repairs & all makes of electric cooker & electric oven repairs.  We cover all areas of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex & East & North London.  We always, try, where possible, to offer a same day service.  We give free estimates & free fault diagnosis.  We will also beat any other (proven) quote.  Most repairs can be completed on the first visit, as our vans carry a huge stock and we have spare part contracts with most leading manufacturers. Phone quotations & advice are welcomed.  Over the years we have had fabulous feedback & reviews & have many returning customers & recommendations. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, efficient, reliable & trustworthy company. If your appliance has broken down, we look forward to hearing from you
