  Avelino and his team did an amazing job on our home renovation project. The quality of the work was outstanding. Team were professional, hardworking and had an eye for detail and quality. Avelino is a very honest contractor too, he will advise on what is required and what is merely cosmetic to help keep costs down too. I will definitely be using Avelino in my future projects and recommend him to all!

  Avelino was fantastic, very detailed in the estimate on what was being covered and the rationale for any additional items needed. Communication was always clear and timely, he was very responsive at any time of day. The work itself was well done, with quality finishes and craftsmanship. Would certainly work with Avelino again in the future.

  Can't recommend Avelino enough - friendly, professional service. Kept me updated on project throughout, offered great advice and made suggestions when needed. Everything done on budget and on time.   When Avelino, before giving us a quote, came to discuss what we wanted constructed he suggested various options and had various practical ideas about how to enhance the project while keeping it within our budget. His excellent friendly team worked very hard and took a lot of pride in what they did. Avelino always kept us updated on progress, any snags that arose and the associated costs.The project was completed on schedule and in line with the costs he had quoted at the start.
