• Front windows of detached double fronted home.

  We had upvc windows fitted 15 yrs ago. Poor installation lead us to wanting to get them changed, but as it’s a large investment into our home we needed to wait until it was affordable… Long story short, we fear getting workmen in for anything, so I decided to try out ‘the Checkatrade’ site… We are SO glad we did and that we made our first choice with Andy and the boys… Respect Punctuality Reliability Affordability Quality Cleanliness Full explanation Any questions answered honestly Excellent service from the very first point of contact topnotch Thanks Boys!!

• Fitting porch on park home

  Fitter came he suggested lowering the step at entrance I agreed not knowing it would lower the roof ,so the door does not open in to unit it catc hes on the roof .Asked him if he could sort it the only thing he could offer was to cut the corner off the door so it part opens so when owner came to collect cash showed it him. Said he would give us quote for new door he has £995 why should I pay its there fault told him cost is to much said he would get back to us that was 10 days ago also no letter box in front door,what a debacle

  Andy and sons were brilliant from start to finish - keeping us informed and explaining what would happen when they came to fit the new front door. The cost involved was sent via email and all went so smoothly. A few months on already, still loving our new front door.   Phoned to arrange date and time for them to measure the door frame. Didn't show up, despite us arranging our day to ensure we would be in. Didn't get a call either. Phoned up again and was told the person was sick. Fair enough, but then just call us so we know and don't wait in all day. Took my details again and said someone would call back. Nobody called. They might be good when they do the job, but it's not professional to not show and not call, taking custom for granted.

  Geniunely nice people to deal with, painless from start to fininish. Attention to detail and job done as promised at the times they promised. Andrew and his Sons were a pleasure to deal with. Windows look amazing and they managed to make my old frames look clean and fresh. Thanks to all of you.

  From quotation to completion the job was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Andy kept me informed throughout as to when the job would commence, and on arrival his two sons worked constantly until the job was completed. Obviously skilled in what they do their professional and friendly attitude to the customer is 100% and l would certainly recommend and use this company again. Many thanks.
